You need to download ExtIO_RTL2832.dll and copy it to the C:/Program Files (x86)/HDSDR folder. The when you start the program that dll file will show up in the list. Make sure you have the proper drivers for your RTL-SDR loaded.
How do I get HDSDR to recognize my RTL-SDR v3 dongle? I have read ALL the instructions but most do not relate to Win 10 format. I got the HDSDR front end scrwwn easy! Just cannot get the software to recognize the dongle nor control it. I am barely computer literate.
