The V4L (Lite) design is very similar to the previous V4 model, but instead of the R828D tuner chip it uses the R828S chip. The only difference is that the input is only diplexed between HF and UHF/VHF, versus the triplexed input on the V4.
NOTE: This is the newer V4L (Lite) design, and it requires updating to the latest drivers to work. Before purchasing, please ensure that you understand that not all applications work with the V4 yet! Compatibility with most popular software is now okay, but some niche programs are still lagging with support. Please consult the V4 users guide for more information.
